1. NatShore: Automated Nation-scale Shoreline Extraction Tool

  • Fully automated nation-scale shoreline extraction from Landsat and Sentinel-2 imagery.

  • Workflow with physics-based spatial-unit delineation and tidal-aware image selection.

  • Pixel-level confidence metric quantifying uncertainty in extracted shorelines.

  • NatShore scalability is demonstrated across diverse applications and coasts.

  • NatShore provides an analysis-ready dataset for coastal management and assessment.

2. TSSD-JP  (Tide-coordinated & sediment cell-based shoreline dataset in Japan)

  • Both 1980s and 2020s shorelines along the Japanese coasts are extracted using cross-mission multispectral data and an automated shoreline extraction method.
